Gratitude

Tonight’s gratitude is… I am grateful for my breath.

I feel this is so simple yet so powerful.

Breath is something we take for granted I believe.

We need it, we rely on it, but how often are we truly tuned into our breathing – more specifically, into deep breathing?

Really inhaling and allowing our lungs to expand, full of all of the life energy that we need.

Holding, channeling the energy and releasing, exhaling all the tension and pressure.

There is something quite magical about it really.

So even though the affirmation is simple, it’s powerful when heard and used correctly.


I have done some breathing with this in mind and it has actually made me feel good.

I am grateful for my breath and I feel that we should all be.
