New Moon Guidance

It’s really important that you pause this new moon and let your emotions come to the surface.
I know it’s hard to understand how to do this, but sometimes just sitting still and not being distracted by devices, even books, just purely being still can make all the difference.
It allows your brain to process old as it’s not processing new information you are feeding it.
When we need to set the intention to heal, that can come in the form of being triggered.
So when triggers show up, understand why the trigger has shown up, see what you can learn from the trigger – what is it telling you? What situation can you link the trigger back to and how can you forgive those involved? Including yourself.
Progress isn’t linear, your intent is everything. It will be one step forward two steps back at times, that’s life.
It’s how you bounce back matters.
Write down what you want to get out and have a happy New Moon.
