Last night I went to sleep pretty quick, I was so lethargic and in such a bad food coma! Haha.
I woke up this morning with a lot more energy and I actually had a bath to cleanse.
I have been having baths with apple cider vinegar in it and I swear it has been working wonders for my illness!
After my bath I made a juice with my partner, this morning we used carrots, sweet potato, apple, oranges, lemon, celery.
In hindsight we should have used more veg but we needed to go shopping so used what we could.


I actually used 3 oranges, it did give it a nice sweetness!
However I am currently using supermarket produce instead of local which is next on my to-do list.
I trust it will come in.
For breakfast I had homemade blueberry pancakes with maple syrup.
The pancakes had Demerara sugar in them which I swear I could feel the dip from after I had them.
As in improvement I will use coconut sugar maybe next time.
Despite my dip I pushed on and I got some cleaning done and a bit more work.
I am learning to take it in small steps, rather than overloading myself.
I also made a smoothie good for acid reflux, this had pea milk, aloe vera gel (I got this from my aloe plant), bananas, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, manuka honey, fresh basil leaves.
It would have been so lovely warm, it’s like a chai drink.

I am definitely feeling more energised and able to deal with more.
For dinner we cooked a nut loaf roast dinner which was sooo good!
