Good morning!
Day 5’s juice I switched it up a bit but unfortunately I forgot to take a picture again though!
I used cucumber, romaine lettuce, apple, lemon, celery.
The taste was ok, just very watery. Definitely needs to be altered and perfected!
I was having a bit of a bad day, just felt a bit weak mentally and physically.
Despite that I still managed to get some work done but I just didn’t push myself and took it easy.
Admittedly, my diet has been, well, indulgent.
I swapped out substances for sugary foods… I do not cook with cane sugar but I end up buying treats with it in.
My aim is to cut this out eventually and turn to the healthier sweeter snacks which I do enjoy making. I struggle finding recipes sometimes.
