Good morning!
I am posting yesterday’s juice this morning as I saw family yesterday and was then really tired!
Today I had a coffee before my juice. I was out doing the school run and a bit stressed and coffee called my name! Haha.
Again, I used celery, beetroot, carrots, ginger and lemon. I made enough for two and changed up the quantities to yesterday.

I found it to be too celery-ey so tomorrow I will change it up again a little bit. There also wasn’t enough lemon.

Hunger was still my friend not long after the juice so I heated up a homemade turmeric soup.
Coffee is something I have recently gone cold turkey from, so I think it sent my system into shock as I didn’t really feel too great throughout the day.
In the evening I felt ill, as though my bones were aching and I was coming down with the flu…
I am currently on a sobriety path so am not sure if it had something to do with that too.
Toxins leaving my body.
I filled today with family time and it did make me feel lovely, despite feeling ill!
I will post later on about day 4!
