7 Day Celery Juice Cleanse Day 2

Good evening!

I decided to do things a little differently today as yesterdays pure celery juice was not for me!

I am going to continue with my 7 day cleanse and just put celery into every juice instead.

This morning I used celery, beetroot, carrots, ginger and lemon. I made enough for two.

I really enjoyed this juice. It wasn’t too harsh, and felt good on my system.

I have frozen the pulp to make food with it.


Shortly after I know it sounds strange but I could feel my eyes slightly burning, nothing bad. Just felt like detoxing.

Surprisingly, it satisfied my hunger for the morning, and my sweet cravings!

I made another juice to combine the pulp with this mornings batch so that I can make something from it.

This time I used celery, tomatoes (I added loads more after), carrots and half a lime… Too much lime!

Having the juices put me into a healthier mindset, I was able to accomplish more of my tasks and I was looking for healthier snacks.

For a snack today I topped strawberries, bananas, raspberries with greek yoghurt mixed with honey and flaxseed, and finally sprinkled mixed nuts and seeds on top.

I then decided to make a healthy cacao banana ice cream with homemade cashew nut milk that is currently in the freezer hardening up!

I can’t wait to try it and I can’t wait to do another juice tomorrow!

All in all, successful day!
